My husband loves spaghetti. To be honest, I've gotten a little tired of it. But since he is so picky, I do make spaghetti once or twice a month using his special recipe. A few months ago, I came up with a great idea. Why not make lasagna with some of the sauce?
Here's what I do.
Spray a loaf pan with oil.
Ladle a hearty helping of meat sause into pan.
Spread a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese on one no cook lasagna noodle.
Place the noodle cheese side up in pan.
Cover with another ladle of sauce.
Add a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Repeat as desired.
Since it's just me eating it, I only do two layers. Cover the pan with foil and bake for about 30 minutes at 375.
